4 year- old students are learning about Winter.
Every day we speak in the assembly about weather, and we have noticed that during this season, it is cold, rainy, sunny, snowy and even, it is hailing. We have also learned that the seasons are dependent on the Earth, as it rotates around the Sun. It is Winter now, but within a few days, on March 21, Spring will begin. That day is called "vernal equinox". From that date, we will begin to learn about that season and will be alert to weather changes.
